District Sales Managers
Century is seeking ambitious, results orientated sales managers to manage all sales related functions within a multi-state geographical region within the USA. This position will require an entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to travel and a desire to make a difference. A familiarity and passion for selling into the two-step distribution and independent retail markets is essential. Responsibilities will include establishing and executing a sales plan/strategy; managing independent and factory direct reps.; training; identifying and qualifying opportunities & prospects; selling key accounts; establishing personal and rep. sales goals and being accountable for achieving such goals.

Regional Sales Reps.
Century is seeking high energy, results orientated sales reps. with a familiarity and passion for selling & servicing independent hardware dealers, home improvement centers and lumberyards. Prior sales/service experience and good communication skills are a must; overnight travel and a good deal of driving are to be expected. Experience in the hardware market and a genuine interest in power tools & accessories, construction or woodworking, etc. would be a plus. Interstate and / or multi-state regions are possible.

Independent Reps.
Century is seeking dealer direct independent reps that sell and service independent hardware dealers, home improvement centers and lumberyards. In addition, we are looking for independent reps possessing strong relationships with independent retailers (hardware, farm and lumber chains) that are looking to add a quality line to their offering.
